How do I sign in to my MyRightmove account?

If you haven't created a My Rightmove account yet, you can learn how to do this via our FAQ article here. 


Follow the below steps to sign into your My Rightmove account:


1. Go to rightmove.co.uk.

2. Click on the “Sign in” tab located on the top right hand corner of any Rightmove page. 

3. Enter your email address and click 'Continue'. 

4. Next enter your password, then tap 'Sign in'.

Alternatively, you can all select to 'Sign in with a one-time link' which will send an email to your inbox as shown below: 

After you've entered your password, if you have Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) set up on your account, you may be prompted to provide a 6 digit code through your verification method. This will be either through SMS or the Authentication App.

After you've enter the verification code, it may prompt you to enter a recovery email if this hasn't been set up before on your My Rightmove Account. This is so if you lose access to your verification method, we'll use your recovery email to verify the account. 


To do this, enter the email into both boxes and select 'submit'. 

The email you enter must be different to the email you're already using for your My Rightmove account.

If an error is appearing when trying to log in, or you've not received a verification code/ the code you've entered doesn't work, you can report this to our Customer Technical Care Specialist team via the following email: customersupport@rightmove.co.uk
