Keyword Sort allows you to personalise your search, by prioritising the features you’re keen to find in your next home and putting them right at the top of your search results. This means you can easily search for homes with en-suites, conservatories or perhaps a downstairs w/c. Or maybe you’ve always fancied a castle with a cellar, inglenook fireplace and swimming pool?

All these criteria and more can now be found using our new Keyword Sort tool (above). Available on Desktop, Mobile and Android app. 

Just above the Featured Property which is the very first listing in your search results, it says 'Prioritise properties with... + Add keyword', you can have up to 3 keywords. See the example screenshot below. 

AI Keyword Sort

AI Keyword sort is available on the iOS App only. This feature is designed to make your search more intuitive and relevant by using AI to match keywords to property listings. You can add up to 3 keywords at a time, and the AI model scans property images and text to match up the relevant tags. Your search results will be ranked by match rate (for example, properties that match all 3 of your AI keywords will appear first). AI isn't perfect, and although it will do it's best to make matches, it's possible it may miss the context required to do so.
