Have a question about Rightmove?

How do I remove my sold house price images?

The process to remove sold house price images is at the homeowner’s request, and we must receive the following documents to show valid proof of you owning the property listed on Rightmove. We require ID to prevent someone unauthorised from requesting deletion of the data.

Please send an email to ID@rightmove.co.uk with the subject ‘Sold Price Images’ with the below documentation and link to your property you would like to be removed and if complies we will remove them within 7 days.

Please provide one of the following documents to show valid proof of you owning the property listed on Rightmove. This will need to show the owner's name together with the address of the property of the sold price record:

  • Title Register
  • Title Deeds
  • Formal written correspondence with your solicitor which shows the property was/is owned by you

We also require one form of ID from the owner. Please note that this must match the name given on the proof of address document:

  • Driving License
  • Passport

Please be aware that if the property is still on the market, the images may reappear when the listing is removed. The images can also return if the property is placed back on the market in the future.
