The second applicant, who is not holding the Rightmove account         will not be able to request for their data or request for right to be         forgotten as they are not in direct association with us through the         Rightmove account. It must be noted that the application, in-flight         i.e in save and return mode is held for only 90 days from the             start of the application and will be deleted thereafter, also once         the completed application is submitted the data is deleted.  

Furthermore, NO Rightmove staff will be able to access the MIP  (Mortgage in Principle) application itself as the application is encrypted end to end.
