I’ve updated my phone number in My Rightmove but I’m not receiving the two-factor authentication SMS.

As soon the mobile number is changed on the settings, the old number is overridden by the new one and therefore the scenario mentioned should never occur, in case this happens, please contact the customer support team Please call us on 01908 712 126 or email us at mortgagesfeedback@rightmove.co.uk.
