Track My Property - Property Missing

If you can't find your property when searching in Track My Property, it usually means we don't currently have enough property information available to create a property record.

Track My Property relies on the property data available to Rightmove. For some properties, we may have limited or no historical information available, which means we aren't able to create a record for the property.

Has your property been sold since 1995?

One reason your property may not appear is if it hasn't been sold since 1995.

Our property information includes data from HM Land Registry. If your property hasn't been sold since 1995, HM Land Registry may not hold the sold property information we need, meaning we may not have enough data available to create a Track My Property record.

If this is the case, we're unable to manually create a property record where there isn't enough information available.

What if my property is listed on Rightmove?

If your property is marketed on Rightmove, we'll receive fresh property information as part of the listing.

This new information may provide us with enough property data to create a Track My Property record. However, a new listing doesn't guarantee that a record will be created.

Has your Sold House Price record previously been removed?

In some cases, a property may be missing from Track My Property because its Sold House Price record has previously been removed from Rightmove.

If you're the homeowner and the Sold House Price record was previously removed, you can contact us to request that it is reinstated.

We'll need to verify that you're the homeowner before we can do this, so you'll be asked to provide proof of identity as part of your request.

Once the Sold House Price record has been reinstated, the additional property information may allow us to create a Track My Property record.
